December 29, 2008 (5:00pm est): I have not done a stats update since I finished playing all of the songs in Rock Band 2, so I've updated that page. 467 1sts on Xbox Live for vocals. There are actually 4 more that I have the best score on excluding the people who Blitzkrieg Bop glitched the talking parts, so it would be 471 if not for that. December 16, 2008 (11:30pm est): As of right now, I only have 12 songs left to replay in Rock Band 2, all 12 are ACDC songs from the disc export. Once those are done, I hope to have more time available to make some new Rock Band videos. I have a lot of solid ideas I just need to put into production. Also, I have added a new link to the menu to the left for the Rock Band Score Reader. This tool reads your personal scores, rank, high scores, etc for each song in Rock Band 2 from the Rockband.com online leaderboards and produces a nice Excel Spreadsheet. December 8, 2008 (3:30pm est): I removed the Jackass 100 iframe at the bottom of the main page, as that site seems to have stopped working. It has always slowed down the load time of the site, so that should really speed up the main page load times I hope. The site is going well these days. Visits/page viewshave been up a bit since the Rock Band stuff was added and I started updating some, so I hope it stays active, but you know how that goes... -stf
December 7, 2008 (11:50pm est): Stats updated. Only 55 songs total left to play in the RB1 imports/DLC combined, although those 13 new No Doubt songs come out tomorrow night/morning. So much DLC! Also, I wrote a testimonial for the Youtube views counter I added recently at the top of the main page and the guy that made the counter put the testimonial on his site. See it here: YTStats. December 4, 2008 (2:30pm est): So, I got to play Rock Band 2 with Jack Black last night over XBox Live as part of the Game With Fame event that was being held. Kyle Gass was also on playing with people. Tenacious D! Anyways, when I finally got invited into the game and actually got in, we played ...And Justice For All at Jack's request. I captured the proceedings on video and have uploaded it to Youtube and have also embedded it below. November 23, 2008 (10:00pm est): The Youtube integration has been completed on the This Is Bill videos. I have also completed adding all of the videos to the Rock Band page and updated the stats from my recent gameplay. There should be some updates for other sections soon as well... -stf
November 23, 2008 (3:00am est): Ok, I am going live with the changes I have made to the site. To summarize: A new section has been added featuring all my Rock Band stuff including videos, a stream, stats, and an FAQ. Anytime that I do any kind of updates to this page or post new Youtube videos, I will update the news section here. I have also reorganized the main page to put our Youtube link at the top, followed by site info, re-done best of links, and then the news/updates. Finally, I have also added some Youtube integration into the site. Any video on the site that has also been posted on Youtube will have this icon next to or below it. Please visit the Youtube versions to add comments, rate, favorite, etc. I will continue adding in the Youtube links and finish putting up the list of Rock Band videos in the coming days. November 21, 2008 (4:00pm est): I haven't provided an update in a long time about the site. Of course, since the last update, Rock Band 2 came out and that has dominated my free time, along with some other new ventures. This site continues to get thousands of page views per day and I want to keep it viable. Therefore, I will soon be reorganizing the site a bit to integrate some Rock Band / You Tube related stuff into it and I have been thinking about running a third season of Rutless, though that wouldn't happen until after the new year.
